FlareUp primarily provides digital products and online educational services.
Digital products are delivered electronically and become accessible immediately or shortly after successful payment.
Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the same manner as physical goods, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.

5. Subscription Cancellation

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed due to:

- Expired payment method
- Payment gateway failure
- Bank rejection
- Any other payment issue

- Retry the payment
- Suspend your subscription
- Restrict access to premium content
- Cancel the subscription until payment is successfully completed
8. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical or payment processing error, please contact us promptly.
Where we verify that a duplicate charge occurred due to our systems or payment gateway processing, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, which may include reversing the duplicate transaction or providing another suitable remedy.

16. Promotional Offers
Products purchased under:
